I genuinely expected to be working with a reputable and professional firm, but it turns out I just wasted the company's time with their lackluster reply to my inquiry. Quite disappointing.

I was eager to participate in the auction and had everything ready on Saleroom.com. I picked out 5 items I wanted to bid on, but when I logged in for the first one, it told me I wasn't registered to place a bid. I was really upset and called to share my concerns. Thankfully, I got connected to Claire, who was super calm about the whole situation. She walked me through the issue and recommended that I try bidding directly on the Fellows website. In the end, I discovered that the hiccup was with Saleroom.com, specifically related to passwords. Big shoutout to Claire and Fellowss1002!

I appreciated that my Lot arrived safely - I had a rough experience before with another auctioneer where the supposedly tracked Lot went missing, and they still haven't found it - so I hold Fellows in high esteem.

What a DISASTER. Nothing seems to function properly with these folks. WATCH OUT, it could take DAYS for them to SHIP the item you've already PAID for, since they won't send you an invoice for the SHIPPING COSTS until they feel like it. The WEBSITE is a total mess, and their CONFUSION when dealing with SALEROOM just adds to the AGGRAVATION. The ONLY reason I pushed through to finish this deal is that they had up for auction something I’ve been hunting for over 20 YEARS. The office ROBOT Jess is particularly skilled at repeating scripted responses, and the office manager Natalie is always CONVENIENTLY unavailable, stuck in a meeting. GOOD LUCK!
